Many Americans suffer from low back pain which could be caused from living a sedentary lifestyle.

Sitting causes pain

“What this does is it weakens the muscles in the low back, weakens and tightens muscles in your hips and things like that that actually causes a lot of issues with your low back,” said Kris Morrill, fitness coach.

Chronic low back pain is an ongoing pain that last more than two weeks and can easily be treated with stretching and active movements.

If you don't have a gym member ship or a bench to exercise on, the floor works just as well for some simple stretches.
