ALBANY, GA --
A 29 year old is robbed at gunpoint early Thursday morning at a Newton Road business. Now police need the public's help finding the suspect

Albany police say at approximately 5:30 Thursday morning, a black male came to the night service window at K and S Foods asking for cigarettes. They say the victim, Kenyotta Brown, got the item then returned to the service window to see a gun pointed at her. APD says the suspect demanded money from the register, which Brown gathered and gave him.

They say the suspect was seen getting into a white 4-door Toyota Camry parked on Dorsett Street with a male driver.

Police say the suspect wore a black leather jacket, long dreds, has medium brown complexion, a medium build and is possibly in his late 30s.

Anyone with information on this person is asked to call the Albany police department at (229) 431-2100 or Albany Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS.
