ALBANY, GA -- Local attorney Phil Cannon spoke at Tuesday’s Rotary Club luncheon about the upcoming Snicker's Marathon, bike race and street festival, otherwise known as Rock, Roll and Run!
The event is in its tenth year and they want to make it the biggest yet.
Cannon says last year, five countries were represented in the bike race alone.
They're always in need of good volunteers, however, especially for the marathon.
“Doing anything from simply standing on the side of the road waving people through, encouraging the runners, to their company may own a water station and at the water station they stand and hand out water,” says Cannon.
