ALBANY, GA. -- Albany police have arrested a man who ran into a motel in broad daylight.

After responding to a call from the Knights Inn on Schley Drive, police encountered Eric Harnage who stated that his brakes failed before losing control of his Jeep Cherokee and crashing into the building.

No one was injured during the accident, but part of the main structure of the motel suffered damage.

After a quick background check, Harnage was arrested for having a suspended license.
