A 28-year-old Sylvester man is dead after being ejected from his truck
WORTH COUNTY, GA -- Worth County officials responded to a fatal accident Thursday evening.
The Worth County Coroner says Jeffery Ryan Eady, 28, died after he lost control of his truck on Massey Airport Road between Highway 82 and Springflats Road. The coroner says Eady, a Sylvester resident, was not wearing his seatbelt and was therefore ejected from the truck; he says after being ejected the truck rolled over Eady.
Worth County officials say they do not know the details as to why Eady lost control of his vehicle; the coroner says the piece of road he was driving on was fairly straight.
Georgia State Patrol is now in charge of the investigation.
