A grand jury indicted three men today for the beating death of 45-year-old Jerome Walden this past June.

ALBANY, GA -- The men are 33-year-old Tracy Smith, 29-year-old Calvin Brooks, and 20-year-old Demarcus Dontravious Lewis.  All three men were indicted for murder, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery by a grand jury.

The indictment is a result of beating Jerome Walden in June who later died in hospice care as a result of the beating.

All three men will most likely be arraigned in December 2011 when a trial date will be set.
