ALBANY, GA -- Now for our good news of the day--you can now recycle paperboard at recycling centers in Albany.
Keep Albany-Dougherty Beautiful Director, Judy Bowles, announced Tuesday that they are able to receive paperboard.
Examples of paperboard are cereal boxes, or boxes that snack bars come in at the grocery store.
“If you recycle all the items that we take here at the recycling site, you will have very, very little to go into the landfill,” says Bowles.
There is a convenient recycle drop off center next to the fire station along Meredyth Drive.
