ALBANY, GA -- Phoebe Putney Memorial is still celebrating its 100th year.
And Monday they made a special presentation.
The hospital commissioned an artist to draw the building, past and present.
Artist Melissa Tubbs says a hand drawing expresses more than a color photograph.
“It brings people's attention back to these things that are important. Our architectural heritage is important, no matter whether it's someone's home or a hospital building or other business,” says Tubbs.
Phoebe putney is also the subject of this year's Easter Seals ornament.
Both the ornaments and prints are now available in the hospital's gift shop.
