Grand Jury investigating Baker County Board of Education.
Board of Education probe.
ALBANY, GA. -- Baker County District Attorney Joe Mulholland says the board of education in that area is under investigation.
This comes after a group of citizens approached the Grand Jury on Monday, July 18, 2011 with concerns regarding the Baker County School System.
Mulholland says the Grand Jury has not released any information as to what the allegations are.
He says this is a civil investigation and so far, no criminal charges have been filed.
