Dougherty County Police search for a black man with Alzheimer’s

ALBANY, GA -- **UPDATE 9:57 p.m.**

A missing Lee County man has been found. 

A good samaritan spotted the man walking and called police.  He was taken back to his family and is in good condition.

Local officials are looking for a missing man tonight and need your help to find him.

Emmanuel Pinkney was last seen around 5:30 Wednesday evening.  Pinkney is a black man, 5’10, weighs 180 pounds and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue slacks, and a black baseball hat with a falcons logo.  His left hand is paralyzed and his speech is affected because of a stroke.

Dougherty County Police say he was last seen at 2813 Quail Call Drive in Dougherty County near the area where Dougherty, Terrell, and Lee counties meet.

If you have any information on his whereabouts you’re asked to call the Dougherty County Police at 229-430-6600.
