The Albany Area Chamber of Commerce is looking to honor some of the top businesses in celebrating diversity
ALBANY, GA -- The Albany Area Chamber of Commerce is looking to honor some of the top businesses in celebrating diversity.
The Chamber is partnering with the Albany Area Black Expo to present the first annual Diversity Business of the Year Awards.
Three awards will be given out based the company's employment size.
“It's a way of recognizing folks for doing what we should all be doing everyday, which is celebrating the differences and the likenesses that we all have,” said Catherine Glover, president of the Chamber of Commerce.

The winner of the AABE Diversity Business of the Year Award will be announced at the breakfast of the Albany Area Black Expo on Friday, April 15, 2011.
