ALBANY, GA. -- Albany police have made a second arrest in the murder of an Albany convenience store clerk in December.

19-year-old Santarious Nelson was arrested by Albany police last night at his home in Baker County.

He is charged with armed robbery and murder in the death of 19-year-old Sentos Vicente.

16-year-old Anthony Hill is already in custody in connection to the same incident.

Investigators say Nelson and Hill entered the Miscelanea Guate-Max store on Radium Springs Road on December 18th and shot Vicente in the head.

"Anytime you have a horrendous incident like this in the community, I think it’s important that we bring justice to the family who had to experience this," said Albany Police Chief John Proctor.

Police believe Nelson and Hill may have targeted Vicente because he was Hispanic.
