ALBANY, GA -- Saint Teresa’s Catholic School gave southwest Georgians the chance to do some early Christmas shopping Saturday. The school hosted its 17th annual Holly Berry Market.

Proceeds from the event go to the Saint Clare’s Community Center, Neighbors in Need, and the sisters who founded the school. Organizer Vicki O’Brien says it’s a great way to bring the community together. “It’s a wonderful community building event. It’s wonderful for the school, church, and parish to get together for a pre Christmas celebration,” says O’Brien.

Santa and horseback rides were available for kids. Organizers are excited this year went well and are already planning for next year.
