ALBANY, GA. -- It’s that time of year again.  We sprang forward one hour in the spring and now it’s time to fall back and reclaim that extra hour of sleep.

Daylight Savings Time ends at 2 a.m. Sunday morning.

Officials say the easiest way to remember is to change all of your clocks before going to sleep on Saturday.

This is also a great time to check the batteries in all smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.

Daylight Savings Time will go into effect again on March 11, 2011.
