ALBANY, GA -- National quail conservation organization Quail Unlimited is moving its headquarters from South Carolina to Albany.

The new building will be constructed on eight acres of land donated by Phoebe Foundation. Quail Unlimited will construct a facility in the southeast corner of Potter Community Center off of Wildfair Road. The new location will also be where they hold their 25th anniversary event in January.

“Where we hold this great event in Albany, in this great community with all of this support from our local hunt committee and the business people who have supported this event for all these years and the reason this event takes place in Albany is because this is where the quail are,” says Quail Unlimited President Bill Bowles.

Quail Unlimited is the oldest national non-profit American wild quail conservation organization. For more information and how to become a member, visit their website.
