53-year-old Scott Swanson admitted to persuading a 13-year-old girl to produce and send him pornographic images

ATLANTA -- A federal court in Pennsylvania has sentenced a north Georgia man to 13 years in prison in a case involving pornographic images he received over the Internet from a teenager there, reported the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

53-year-old Scott Swanson admitted to persuading a 13-year-old student from Tunkhannock, Pa., to produce and send him pornographic images, according to the website of the The Scranton Times-Tribune.

Swanson saw a seminude photograph on the Internet of one of the teens implicated in a "sexting" scandal in the Tunkhannock Area School District in November 2008, and he asked the girl for more sexually suggestive pictures, said Wyoming County Chief Detective David Ide.
