The suspect is being held in the Fulton County Jail awaiting a hearing
(AP) -- ATLANTA (AP) - Police say an Atlanta man is in jail on charges he shot and killed two people, including a teenager caught in a crosssfire.
Atlanta Police Maj. Keith Meadows says 27-year-old DeAngelo Gales, who was arrested Thursday, is charged with murder in the shootings of 16-year-old Deuan Davis and 33-year-old Henry Bryant.
Police say Gales is accused of shooting Bryant Monday night after an ongoing dispute between the two.
Meadows says Davis was home from a military school in south Georgia, was walking through a vacant lot when gunfire began.
He says Gales is being held in the Fulton County Jail awaiting a hearing.
