19-year-old Daryl Melton was arrested on simple battery charges after running what police are calling a scam on Darton College female students at the school’s library.

Initial Story
Police say Melton posed as an orthopedic therapist and would solicit female students to take part in a fake survey. Once the women would agree, Melton would get their age, name, and shoe size. After a brief conversation, police say Melton would ask the females to take off their shoes and curl their toes while he would smelt them. Police say Melton even went as far as allegedly kissing the bottom of their feet.
Darton Police are asking people to call their office if they experienced a similar encounter with Daryl Melton. The number is (229) 344-2029.
