The trial for former Albany Assistant Fire Chief Roderick Jolivette has been continued to term.

Roderick Jolivette was arrested in late August for allegedly giving false information to a law enforcement official and impersonating a police officer. The next term for Chattahoochee County starts September 27th but the next criminal jury meets November 1st.
