Included in the budget is a property tax rollback for residents

The City Commission began its overview of the FY 2011 budget.

City Manager Al Lott says they have a healthy budget that does not include any furloughs for employees. Another perk is that the Commission is looking at property tax rollback of a half a mil to help provide a tax relief for residents in Albany.

That would create a revenue decrease of about $800,000 dollars.
