The commissioners of wards one and two threw a census party to alert residents to the importance of the 210 census
Dorothy Hubbard and Jon Howard gave out information and snacks while discussing how an accurate census count will allow the correct amount of federal dollars to come to Albany.
Hubbard says a lot of people have fears about what will be done with their information, and she wants them to know they’re safe. “The census is confidential. They aren’t able to give out the information that you supply on the ten question form” says Hubbard.
