Former Assistant Fire Chief Roderick Jolivette’s trial date is set

The Chattahoochee County District Attorney’s office says Roderick Jolivette will stand trial on May 3, 2010.

Jolivette was arrested in August 2009 for allegedly giving false information to a law enforcement official and impersonating a police officer when pulled over for speeding.

Jolivette has pleaded not guilty to both charges.
