(AP) -- A fifth-grade teacher charged with two counts of aggravated child molestation has been released from the Bartow County Jail on $40,000 bond.

The 39-year-old Cartersville teacher is accused of sexually assaulting a boy younger than 16. She is on paid leave from Cloverleaf Elementary School. The boy did not attend Cloverleaf.

The police report states that the incidents occurred at a residence in June, and that police were notified by the Division of Family and Children Services.  Superior Court Judge David Smith set Sabin's bond at a Tuesday hearing under the conditions that she not have any contact with the boy, be on school property, supervise children or have contact with any children other than her own.

Sabin's attorney, Jason Johnson, could not immediately be reached for comment.
