Graduates enjoy semester
The ARC program and the DLDI were designed to integrate disabled and non-disabled people to learn and be more of an influence in the community.
Derik Moses, a graduate, says it was a cool experience.
“I enjoyed the visits to the hospital, rubbing elbows with the majors. We learned different facets of the city like what keeps Albany running,” said Moses.
The DLDI program has graduated over 300 leaders since its inception in 1992.
