Albany Police make an arrest in a June 5th armed robbery.

16-year-old Roy Whitfield Jr. is facing several charges including armed robbery, aggravated assault and gang participation.  Police say Whitfield is suspected in the robbery and shooting of Papa Johns pizza delivery man 49-year-old Tim Monette.  Monette was shot in the back of the head during the robbery.  Police say aggressive follow ups on leads helped investigators name Whitfield as a suspect.  Investigators are still looking for more suspects.

Papa Johns is now offering a $5,000 reward for information in this case.
