Albany State University and Albany Technical College united today to celebrate educational agreements.
Albany Tech students enrolled in associate degree programs learned about the "Two-Plus Program" from ASU representatives. They also voiced opinions and suggestions regarding the program, which allows Albany Tech students to acquire a bachelor's degree in one of six majors. “This is an advance for Albany Technical students because they can receive the training, the application to go out a get a job and go to school as well as to pursue a bachelor's degree in their chosen field,” said ASU-ATC liaison Vincent Andrews.
Students also met ASU President Dr. Everette Freeman and Albany Tech President Dr. Anthony Parker.
