ALBANY, GA -- Local Attorney Bill Mitchell held a seminar Saturday morning with the theme of "Facing Your Personal Financial Cliff."

The seminar educated those who came on what type of debt they had, what actions creditors can take against them for nonpayment and what they can do to protect themselves and their property from those actions.

Mitchell said it's important to offer these classes for the community because so many people are in debt and don't know how to help themselves get out of it.
