Holiday crime in Albany keeps to a minimum

ALBANY, GA --
Although surrounding towns have had some holiday crime, Albany was relatively quiet according to the Albany Police Department. In our Facebook Story of the Day, you wanted to know what the crime was like on Christmas in Albany.

FOX 31 reached out to the Albany Police Department who say from midnight to midnight on Christmas, there were a couple burglaries and one entering auto.

APD's Public Information Officer, Phyllis Banks, says there were two violent crimes on Christmas Eve but Tuesday showed a relatively low rate of crime.
