ALBANY, GA --
First Update 10:15 P.M.
According to Georgia State Patrol, 28-year-old Nathan Donalson was involved in a hit and run on Dawson Road.  After driving away he traveled to the intersection of Nottingham and Stuart where he side swiped two cars, overcorrected his black Mercedes, hit the curb, flipped the vehicle multiple times, and was ejected from the car.

Officials say that Donalson was taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital where officials noticed the heavy smell of alcohol and garbled speech.  He's been charged with a DUI, failure to maintain lane, disobeying a traffic control, and not wearing a seat belt in regard to the Nottingham/Stuart accident.  He faces more charges for the Dawson hit and run.

No serious injuries occurred as a result of the accident, however the car being driven was totaled and the home owner now has a broken fence and a torn up front yard.
