ALBANY, GA --
The Dougherty County School System's Finance and Personnel Committee met for their monthly meeting Wednesday morning.

The committee discussed options to improve services along with ways to save money and tax dollars.

The committee will be evaluating the success of various programs throughout the school system, looking at all jobs in an attempt to combine some and giving a general overview of the system.

“We're looking at those facets to hopefully streamline it into a very efficient organization that produces good students, that's what we're all about,” said Interim Superintendent, Dr. David Mosely.
