ALBANY, GA -- The Albany Police Department needs your help after $3900 in lawn equipment was stolen from the Riverside/Oakview Cemetery on January 14th.
Officers say that the
burglar
took six STIHL backpack blowers, three STIHL weed eaters, and two STIHL trimmers.
Detectives would like to remind citizens that if they are in possession of any equipment, that they speak with police or they could be charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
Anyone with information regarding the burglary is asked to contact the Albany Police Department’s Burglary Unit at (229) 431-3288 or to remain anonymous call Albany Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS.
