arts.about.Albany begins month long celebration of colors and sounds

ALBANY, GA -- The Albany Arts Council kicked off arts.about.Albany Thursday morning for a month-long celebration of the arts around Albany.

The event kicked off at the Carnegie Library which was also celebrating it's 20th anniversary.

This collaborative effort in which a monthly calendar has been set for October showcasing all community arts and cultural events.

The event was launched as the council belives "arts and culture is a vibrant asset to this community"
