Jolivette trial continued in Chattahoochee County

The trial for former Albany Assistant Fire Chief Roderick Jolivette has been continued to term.

Roderick Jolivette was arrested in late August for allegedly giving false information to a law enforcement official and impersonating a police officer. The next term for Chattahoochee County starts September 27^th but the next criminal jury meets November 1^st.
