Tony’s Gym held a Zumbathon Saturday to raise money and awareness.
The two hour Zumba session was to raise awareness of women’s heart health, heart disease, and women’s health as a whole.
Proceeds from the event went to the Women’s Heart Foundation.
Toni Barnes, one of the instructor’s, said in order to have a healthy heart, one thing you have to do is be active, and she hopes this event will inspire more women to do just that.
