FOX 31 spoke to Jerome Davis, an accountant with Country Financial, says you need about $500,000 saved when you decide to retire. Davis said there are multiple ways you can do this, some of these ways are through social security, a pension plan, retirement accounts such as 401k’s, 403b’s, and IRA’s, and through personal saving and investment accounts.

Davis also said the sooner you start saving, the better of you will be in the long run.
