ALBANY, GEORGIA --
The Albany Police Department is investigating the robbery of a Meals on Wheels volunteer Thursday morning.

Officers say that Terry Taylor was delivering meals in the 600 block of West Tift Avenue shortly before 9 AM Thursday morning when he was approached by a black male armed with a handgun.

The suspect then demanded money from Taylor and fled the scene with a small amount of cash.
