ALBANY, GA --
In our Facebook story of the day, you wanted to know what you should do if you notice one of your friends having mental health issues that they aren't aware of.

We talked to Cheryl Kaiser, a licensed psychologist, who told us it depends on the situation.

If it's a child that you notice having these issues, Kaiser recommends talking to a school counselor or school official. If it's an adult she recommends advising the friend to seek professional help.

Kaiser also said this is a situation that requires professional help, you should never try to resolve the problem on your own.
