UPDATE @ 10:15 p.m.

Albany Police say 60-year-old Mattie Robertson was driving a Chrysler south on North Slappey Boulevard when she became disoriented because of a medical issue, sped through an intersection and hit a Nissan Altima carrying Brigina Moore and two others head on.  At that time Robertson's car overturned several times according to police and hit a Buick carrying Rosetta Fowler and three children ages 6, 8 and 11.

All of the people involved were taken to Phoebe for treatment.  All injuries were minor and they are all expected to make a full recovery.  Officials say Robertson is not being charged in the case since the reason for the accident was medically related.
