ALBANY, GA -- In our Facebook Story of the Day we asked, "What attractions will be open around Albany on Christmas Day?"
Well after calling several of the most popular local attractions, it seems Christmas day fun may be limited to what you can find in your own backyard.
Not to worry though, there are still some things you can get out and do with the family that won't cost you a dime.
"Here in Albany we have a great Riverfront Park, we have the Greenway Trail, where you can bring out those new bikes, new scooters, and just take advantage of the trail! It goes all the way up to Philema Road and back, it's a good 6-mile trek both ways," said CVB Manager, Rashelle Beasley.
Beasley also said she hopes families will want to just spend some time together opening presents, and appreciating what they already have.
