ALBANY, GA --
Officials from both the city and county met this morning to honor neighborhood watch groups throughout the area.

Members of the watch groups enjoyed good food, plus a proclamation that November 19th will here by be known as "Neighborhood Watch Day" in Albany and Dougherty County.

Mayor Dorothy Hubbard, along with Dougherty County Chairman Jeff Sinyard, presented each group with a certificate of appreciation and expressed their gratitude for all of their hard work.
