ALBANY, GA -- Dougherty County fourth and fifth graders learned about all different aspects of water this week at the Flint RiverQuarium.

The Water Fest began Tuesday and teaches students how water is used in agriculture and how animals and other organisms depend on water.

“And we have experts in a particular field that talk about mosquito control and do science experiments like with water tension,” says Education Manager Melissa Martin.

Water Fest wraps up on Thursday.
