LEESBURG, GA -- Deputies with the Lee County Sheriff's Office made three arrests Wednesday morning at the Fairfax Motel when responding to a loud noise and
drug
activity complaint around 4:24 AM.
Officers say they discovered six ounces of marijuana and $118 in cash between 19-year-old Caleb Cawthon, 23-year-old Steven Jordan II, and 20-year-old Milla Armando.
Cawthon was charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, misdemeanor obstruction of a law enforcement officer for giving a false name, misdemeanor possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor, and felony possession of tools for the commission of a crime. Cawthorn also had active warrants on him for driving with a suspended license, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, and for not having a required tag light.
Jordan was charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and felony possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
Armando was charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and felony possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
