The Albany Fire Department responded to a house fire at the corner of Acree Avenue and County Line Road just before 3:00 A.M. Wednesday morning.

The abandoned house was engulfed in flames and burned to the ground.

With no water source available, water was pumped in and firefighters had the fire out within 40 minutes.

Albany fire crews are still investigating the cause of this fire.
