ALBANY, GA -- The Flint Riverquarium held an event Saturday that allowed families to pick up some tasty tips for those cool holiday nights.

Guests flooded the facility to taste different treats, served up by "The Lord's Bread," a local eatery downtown. Chairwoman of the Riverquarium, Emily McAfee, says it's an event they love holding.

"We show folks some quick and easy holiday dishes that they can enjoy and copcat back at home when they're entertaining for the holiday season," said McAfee.

Officials with the event say it was a huge success and are looking forward to holding similar ones in the future.
