FORSYTH, GA -- A fallen Albany Police officer’s name was revealed on the Georgia Public Safety Memorial, Monday, May 7, 2012.

Officer Terry Lewis-Flemming lost her life last year in a car accident while in pursuit of robbery suspects.  Albany Police Chief John Proctor attended Monday’s ceremony in Forsyth to represent the Albany Police Department.

Seven names were revealed on the memorial.
