LEE COUNTY, GA -- Lee County parents have been standing in line and in some cases, camping out for a chance to register their child for Pre-K program.

Some parents told us that they have been camping outside since 4 AM Sunday morning to beat the crowds.

Lee County officials say they have 242 slots available when registration opened at 7:45 Monday morning.

If all of the spots are filled, children will be placed on waiting list in case a spot becomes available.

Registration will be ongoing until all slots are filled.

For more information on Pre-K registration, contact the Lee County School System.
