ALBANY, GA --
Albany Technical College hosted their ninth annual workshop and luncheon for local clergy Thursday afternoon.

This annual luncheon is held to provide information to clergy in our community about the type of education they could receive at Albany tech, financial aid options, and employment opportunities available to graduating students.

Lisandra DeJesus, the Vice President for Student Affairs, said it’s important to let everyone in the community know that going back to school and continuing their education is possible and she feels Albany Tech is the best place for people to do that.

Officials at the event also challenged those who came to take this information back to their friends and family in hopes of getting them to continue their education as well.
