BROWNSVILLE, TX --
According to information gathered by WFXL sister station KGBT, a man wanted for taking part in a Georgia cocaine distribution scheme was arrested in Brownsville, Texas.

Fransisco Javier Arispe was taken into custody February 16th at the Brownsville Gateway Port of Entry.

From 2007 till 2011, Arispe along with 13 others, worked together to sell drugs in the Albany area.

According to documents provided by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, Arispe and two other men took part in a large cocaine deal in August 2010.

Arispe was taken into federal custody and charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and crack cocaine.
