ALBANY, GA --
43-year-old Gregory Tushin Greene has been arrested after throwing a package into the Flint River while on the Oakridge Bridge by Radium Springs.

The Albany-Dougherty Drug Unit retrieved the package and found 1,217 grams of cocaine inside.

ADDU officials have called for a press conference for Thursday morning to release more details.
