ALBANY, GA -- Sisters of All Shades Inc. were out in Albany Saturday for a clothing drive.

Volunteers where at the K-mart on Sylvester Rd and Walgreen’s on Dawson Rd, asking people to purchase a pair of children’s pajamas, or socks. Small items that organizers say can make a big difference in a child’s life.

"We feel that the children and just in need, and they're lacking in a lot of areas, so we feel that pajamas will really comfort them," said the president of Sisters of All Shades, Quan Williams.

The clothing will be distributed to various organizations around Albany that support under-privileged children.
